Terms and conditions

A commitment. Not a shortcut.

Draft version: commitment-policies-v2-inr · Effective on public launch only after review.

What you are choosing

The proposed paid service is a self-directed monthly commitment subscription: you choose a personally meaningful amount and work toward your own goal. Payment is the commitment. You are not buying coaching, advice, courses, therapy, guaranteed accountability or a guaranteed outcome. This is not a refundable deposit, investment, donation, prize or auction entry. Paying more does not establish greater effort or progress.

Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement. Use an email you control, keep sign-in links confidential and provide accurate payment details. Choose an amount you can afford; do not sacrifice essential expenses. Vanar does not assess whether a goal or payment is suitable for you.

Prices and recurring billing

Fixed pricing: $1 = ₹100. Billed in INR. This is a fixed commercial pricing convention, not a market exchange rate. The USD reference tiers $10, $50, $100, $500, $1,000 and $5,000 correspond respectively to exact monthly INR prices ₹1,000, ₹5,000, ₹10,000, ₹50,000, ₹1,00,000 and ₹5,00,000. USD is a reference, not the charged currency for new subscriptions. No tier includes additional services or establishes greater personal worth. Before confirmation, review the exact currency, recurring amount and finite number of billing cycles shown in checkout. Do not proceed if any detail differs. Any applicable taxes or provider/card currency-conversion charges must be disclosed or explained before a real launch; no undisclosed fee or automatic USD-to-INR subscription substitution is authorised. Existing USD subscriptions retain their original currency, amount and accepted policy receipt. A pending USD subscription must be cancelled before a new INR subscription is chosen; the new exact INR amount requires explicit consent to commitment-policies-v2-inr.

Your payment mandate

Payments are not open yet. No payment mandate is created, no payment SDK loads and no subscription can be activated here. Any future recurring service requires separate review and explicit payment consent.

Cancellation and no refunds

Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. Non-use, changing your mind, not doing the work, or achieving or missing your goal does not create a discretionary refund. Future paid service would require a working cancellation process before billing opens. Read the Cancellation and refunds policy for timing, unresolved requests and error/dispute rights.

Goals and the public board

You retain ownership of your goal text. Public is the default for new goals, with a visible Private alternative. Existing saved goals stay private until you change them. Publication also requires an eligible active subscription and a separate decision to opt in to the board. By saving a public goal and opting in, you allow Vanar to display that goal with your display name, avatar and monthly amount. A preview is not publication. Change visibility to Private or opt out to remove the relevant content from future website responses; screenshots and copies already made by others cannot be recalled.

Responsible use

Do not publish another person’s personal information, unlawful material, harassment, impersonation or content you do not have the right to share. Do not put passwords, payment details or sensitive identifiers in a goal or display name. Vanar may remove abusive content or restrict misuse, subject to applicable law. Goal examples are not medical or mental-health advice.

Rights, changes and contact

Nothing here excludes mandatory consumer rights, remedies for deficient or misdescribed services, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Material future changes must be disclosed before they apply; they do not silently alter a payment mandate. Indian law is the proposed governing framework, subject to mandatory protections in your jurisdiction; final entity, jurisdiction and international-sale review remain launch requirements. Operator and support details are placeholders on the Contact page, not a functioning public support service.
