Cancellation and refunds

No refunds for not doing the work.

Draft version: commitment-policies-v2-inr · Effective on public launch only after review.

The no-refund rule

Subscription payments are non-refundable except where required by law. No discretionary refund, credit or pro-rata refund is offered for changing your mind, not using the account, failing to work toward your goal, achieving your goal early, missing it, or cancelling partway through a paid period. This is a commitment fee, not a deposit you earn back. Choose an amount you can afford before authorising recurring payments.

Stop future renewals

Payments are not open yet. There are no payment or cancellation controls in this release. Before any future recurring billing opens, a functioning cancellation process and clear timing must be provided. Cancellation would not itself erase account records or imply a refund.

Wait for confirmation

No payment can be started or confirmed here. Any future paid service requires a working reconciliation and support process before launch. The placeholder Contact details must not be used for support. Mandatory consumer and payment-dispute rights remain unchanged.

Errors, unauthorised payments and your rights

Report suspected duplicate, incorrect or unauthorised charges through the verified support channel once it exists, and contact your payment provider promptly where appropriate. Such reports need investigation; they are not excluded by a change-of-mind no-refund rule. Nothing here removes refunds or other remedies required by law, including applicable rights concerning deficient or misdescribed services. Statutory complaint and payment-dispute rights are not waived.

If a refund is legally due

An accepted refund must follow applicable legal and payment-provider requirements and return through the appropriate payment route. We do not invent a guaranteed processing time in this disconnected preview. The actual process, timing and support channel must be confirmed before live billing. No refund-issuance tool or real-money transaction is enabled in this build.
